Ingredients: 1 small curly endive, washed and drained
2 oz (50g) lambs lettuce (mache), washed and drained
1 small radicchio, washed and drained
1 small UGLI® tangelo, peeled and cut into segments Dressing:
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp cider, white wine or UGLI® tangelo juice
1 garlic clove, crushed (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper
Toss all the salad ingedients and fruit together and arrange in the bowl. Mix the salad dressing in a screw- top jar. Add seasoning and taste. Pour over the salad just before serving. Toss well.
